Based in Cardiff, we help national and international brands and businesses engage through mobile. We are extremely passionate about mobile and the opportunities to reach people through this exciting, diverse and fast moving industry.

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our cutting edge, creative and innovative team.

Skills Required:

3 years commercial experience and success in generating new business
Excellent communication skills including meetings, telephone, conference call and email communication
Strong relationship-building skills
Good business ethics and principled methods
Ability to interpret customers’ requirements and convert them into business opportunities
Good knowledge of the mobile app industry and technology generally (desirable)
Confidence in presenting
Ability to comprehensively prepare and present reports on your activity to management

Responsibilities:

Identifying and obtaining new business
Generating and developing sales leads
Taking ownership of leads and following them through
Providing accurate reporting and forecasting
Maintaining thorough prospect information
Monitoring industry and following competitor activity
Contributing to client proposals and pitches
Working continually to enhance and build good client and potential client relationships

You must be a self-starter, proactive with excellent client-facing skills and a positive progressive attitude. You will be able to identify target sectors and potential clients, taking ownership of leads and following them through until they are closed.

Salary:
Competitive – dependent on skills and experience.

Location:
Based in Cardiff. National and international travel may be required.
