Product Overload
Western Seeds came to Rantmedia with a set of familiar problems - how to showcase a lot of products without confusing the customer? How to make sure that you always know where you are in the site? How to get the brand message across - in this case 'quality' and 'independence'?
The Answer
Rantmedia took each of the problems and built a website that addressed each one from a number of directions:
- We built a multi-level drill-down navigation structure to make it easy for visitors to find what they want.
- We used automatically generated 'breadcrumbs' so that visitors can always see where they are and where they've come from.
- We made use of the Rantmedia search engine (which is part of our CMS) so that customers who know exactly what they want can find it easily.
- We designed a stylish website with emphasis on the main brand messages.
