Hopkins Law wanted something totally new and unique.

Not just a refresh of their website, they wanted to create an end-to-end ecommerce system for offering new and existing clients legal services.

We came up with a bespoke system that gives Hopkins Law complete control:

• Clients purchase legal services (e.g. divorce, solicitor time) directly from the Hopkins Law website
• Depending on the service, clients are taken through a step-by-step process to capture the relevant details Hopkins require
• On notification of submission, a Hopkins Law solicitor can check the submission for completeness, and potentially suggest modifications to the client (or make the modifications themselves)
• Once Hopkins Law approve the details, our system automatically drafts the relevant paperwork and emails the client that the documents are ready for printing.

Fundamentally, the system allows Hopkins Law to concentrate on the client and not on drafting masses of paperwork - not only saving time, but enhancing customer service as well.
